It's written from Draco's POV, and it's pretty amazing, the way it starts: There is something wrong with the Malfoys. // Something intangible, something essential. that intro, and what follows, sort of grips you and pulls you in, and then you discover through Draco's eyes this beautiful, sweet Scorpius who has a stutter, and Scorpius and Al's relationship. It's pretty amazing.

At first James and Scorpius sort of hate each other, and that seems simple, they hate each other, but then it turns complicated when they first get together and James is still an arse to him, but eventually things evolve for the better. The sequel is in the summer after James and Scorpius reach a rather nice point in their relationship, and everything goes downhill because Scorpius' parents are so indifferent to him. It's really, really good.

It has such a beautiful characterisation of Charlie, he's this gentle, sensitive man, in love with his work, with his Dragons, and when a badly wounded, wild dragon is found, he makes a connection with it, with him. Who turns to be Draco, having escaped an attack from Diagon Alley, and turned into his animagus form but is unable to turn back. And Draco, he's lovely written as well, he's learned from his mistakes, he's paying for what he did, he only needs a chance to prove himself. A lovely read.

Title: Four Times Charlie Had Authority Over Draco and One Time He Didn't by snegurochka_lee

My Notes: This fic has a completely different characterisation of both Draco and Charlie, and they're awesome, too, because Draco, Malfoy here, is bratty and petulant with such an attitude, but Charlie is exactly the sort of man that will teach him his place, in the yummiest way, too. There's sexual tension by the bucketload. But once their relationship develops, it's a thing of beauty. And so, so hot. :D

My Notes: This was drawn for the hp_creatures's Halloween Fest. And it's stunning, the colours are so vivid, the scales on Draco's tail are beautiful, actually, this whole piece is gorgeous. This is the sort of art I'd love to have hanging on my wall. It's amazing.

My Notes: iwao is one of my favourites artists, so I'm probably going to rec every single one of her arts. But this one is particular is amazing. You have to see Harry's pose. It's called "lance torero". Bullfighters do it to challenge the bull, and it's dead sexy. Oh my God, the way Harry's arm and hand is curved just so, and of course, there's Draco as a snake wrapped around Harry's cock. So yeah, it's delicious.

You're going to start reading it and it's going to grip you. The language, the prose, the characterisations, they are just so original. Harry is a Chosen Boy, this means he can bear child, get pregnant, and this is incredibly rate; it's a gift. And once he finds his fiancé he thinks his life will finally begin, but at first his life is nothing like he imagined. It really takes you to a different universe. It's one of my favourites by Natt.

My Notes: Oh my god, the feels this story gives are going to squeeze your heart and make it ache. But it's lovely. It's such a different portray of Petunia, one that I fell in love with, because Harry here is so, so loved, so cared for, and even if the story this fic is telling is very angsty (Harry has a disability here), you will feel warmth in your heart.

My Notes: This story is hilarious! It's as the summary says, Draco came early to pick up Scorpius from the Potters, and finds him and Al in a very compromising position. Yeah, of that sort. Role playing as himself and Harry, and his reaction, Draco's, is simply priceless (as is his reaction to Harry's reactions!).

My Notes: Gah! Have you seen it yet? You have to see this! This is such a beautiful piece, it shows Harry and Draco in the Afterglow, but god, the details about it, they are all gorgeous. Their hands, the peaceful the way they are sitting so close, how loving it is. And then there are Harry's bits. They are magnificent, okay? I could wax poetic about them, and I did! But I rather you get enthralled by them yourself. :D

And finally, did you read the latest episode at hd_level_two (which is here by the way ^^)? OMG!!! Read it because that thing we've been waiting for all season finally happened! And it's brilliant! And the art...beautiful and lovely as ever. The artist spoil us. :)

Ever since eidheann_writes made her post about The Formation of head-canon, I've been thinking about it and wanting to do my own post.

The thing is, like hers, my head-canon is very fluid.

I do have my own personal ideas of how Harry and Draco are, they would act and even look, but the bottom line is, if a story is well written, I enjoy it even if I don't fundamentally believe Harry and Draco grew up to be that way, you know?

I like not having a specific, clear-cut, precise headcanon for Harry and Draco. I feel it gives me liberty to enjoy different characterisations of them and love them because of the story I'm being told.

So, for the most part, I tend to believe Harry and Draco are this way or that way, except when I don't.

Don't let the warnings turn you off or make you think it's story might be too hardcore; it is in a way, but it's not so much about the actions (punishment and discipline), but about how Harry and Scorpius feel about Domination and submission. It's about them as a couple, as Dom/sub, their reactions, and it's incredible; it's erotic, to see Scorpius needs and Harry's desires fulfilled this way. The way they give each other exactly what the other need. And this is the beginning of such relationship, so everything is new; exciting and thrilling, and absolutely brilliant. It's not an overwhelming sort of story at all, but rather the sort of story that leaves you craving for more.

This is the sort of story that makes me what to read new pairings. One that (shockingly) I haven't read much of is Draco/Albus. Anyone have recs for this pairing for me? Not necessarily BDSM fics, just anything that you'd recommend. I'd love to read some.
