What a week!

My notes: This story is amazing and it's going to surprise you in the best of ways. It's complex and layered. It has so many sides, a tender funny side that fits perfectly with the comfort and honesty with this super sexy touch. Ah, I'm probably not describing this story properly, but read it. You'll love it!

My notes: You know how some stories make you go "OMG so wrong, so good, so hot!!!!" Yep, this is it, man, this is it! Because Harry and Sirius are fucking, and boy, all the want, the way they can't stop, the stuff they get up, all with this touch of Harry's angst at not knowing what it's really going on between them. AH. SO good, so wrong, so hot! See? XD

Gotta Stay High (To Get You Off My Mind) by gracerene
Pairing: Draco/Albus Severus, past Albus/Scorpius
Rating: NC-17
Word Count: 20K
Summary: After a bad breakup sends him reeling, Albus decides to lose himself in drugs, potions, and a lot of anonymous sex. He just wants to let go and have fun, which would be a lot easier if he didn't keep running into his ex's father at every turn.
Warnings/Content: recreational drug use, drinking, casual sex (as a coping mechanism)
My notes: Completely amazing, this fic. It's about Albus handling his break up with Scorpius very badly. Don't blame him though, Scorpius did a number on him, and he's hurt and broken and this is how Draco sees him. Draco owns the club where Al often goes to pull, and let me tell you, the comfort Draco offers is *beautiful* because he's worried about him, never mind that he's also falling in love with this amazing, hurting young man, he worries and cares and is there for him. And it's perfect, so perfect. Seeing their relationship evolve, seeing Albus flirt with Draco, seeing Draco restraining himself because he knows it's not the right moment, and then Al starting to heal and the future ahead of them. God, just read it, you're going to love them together.

It was a brilliant week! It's great to come home every day and have one or two stories waiting for me to read. And they were so good, too! I loved the two Charlie-ones in particular, but also that last Draco/Al was - guh, who writes so well?! :)
P.S. You need to wish me a happy name-day today, I've been fishing for congratulations the whole day but my infidel BF won't hear anything of such a Catholic scheme, LOL! Sometimes I surprise myself how truly shameless I am, LOL! :D

It's been quite a while since I checked those names days. lol I know my brother was very nearly named his Catholic name (Pantaleon omg), but my mum stopped it before my dad went ahead with it. LOL

Thank youuuuu!:D *hugs you for your kindness* I don't want any presents, to be honest, I just want it acknowledged and that pagan/anti-christ family I formed won't do it, LOL! :) Oh, don't remind me, if I was named after the Saint on my b-day, I'd be Cecilia. :P I think I had a lucky escape there, but I'm sure there are people out there who appreciate the name.

The fest is great so far! There are so many pairings I didn't even think I'd enjoy, and I do, because if it's really good writing you just have to give it a chance and there's no way in hell you're not going to like it. :) I wish it went on for longer and I'm already sad that I have to leave for holidays to Montenegro on Friday and I won't be able to comment much. I'll take my tablet with a broken screen with me, but my chances of commenting on that devil-spawn of technology are slim. But I'm only gone for a week and I'll be back before the reveals, so I hope retro-active comments still count!

I dodged a bullet myself. I'd be... I'm not sure, Eulalia? A perfectly nice name, but I'm like, I'm Ines (which by the way means Lamb of God, and it's all about "pure and virginal" Heh!). ^^

Crossgen (and next gen to be honest) is the fest to experiment, because yeah, same here! I discover pairs that I never thought I'd enjoy, or rather, I had never thought of! And of course, there are the other pairs that I do think of but aren't written often. :D

I'm sorry you're going to miss some of the posting. *hugs* (Have a great time at Montenegro Oh my god, that's so awesome!!!! PICTURES!) But the fest will be there for you to comment when you come back. Ohh, catching up is crazy but fun!

What i do is download the fic and then I start making all these notes about the stuff I don't want to neglect mentioning in my comment. LOL

It super absolutely still counts! I live by that, woman!

OMG, Eulalia... it's erm, a name for a mother-in-law, perhaps? Ines is so much more lovely. It's short and sweet and it definitely suits you. Do you also have multiple names and surnames like the Spanish do?

Wow, no wonder that your comments are always small works of art if you always put so much work in them! I sort of just drool and miauw aloud about what impressed me the most, but your comments really show how attentive you are to detail. I really like it how you point out every time which were your favourite bits.

Unfortunately, I'll consider myself lucky in Montenegro if I will have any internet at all (I think maybe there is at the reception desk) and the cracked screen, which partially doesn't work (at the cracked section) will most likely not allow me to post any extensive comments. But I'll try to do small one if I can or at lest follow by reading and then make it up to the authors when I'm back. I shall follow your lore of "a comment is a comment" lore and try not to squeal too unhappily when I read something really nice and can't comment right away. :) I'll try to have some pictures made (unless they have plenty of Pokemon there, then chances are I won't see my phone for a week!) :P

For a mother in law, a grandma, IDK. I'm cool with Ines, though for a while when I was a kid I wanted to be named "Tania" LOL I think I saw a movie. XD

Aw man! Yeah, if Pokémon are near, chances are, well. I started to play myself so I know what that 'well' means. XD I hope you can take some pictures though, and oh, I hope you can read! Comments are love, I say! :D Even late comments. Man, when I travel and I catch up I'm partly very embarrassed about the comments I left. I kind of think mods (when it's a fest) go, omg, what the heck! And yep, a bunch of comments in a span of a couple of days, but I know the writers and artists appreciate it. ;)
