I've got mail.

REAL MAIL. Which, never happens, really, because this country is a royal pain in the bumcheeks when it comes to postal service.

The thing is, back for my birthday

vaysh told me she wanted to send me something, I explained what a pain it is but after investigating proper and going to this obscure office (no kidding, it's probably the same office Arthur Dent had to go to see the display of the plans for that bypass) they told me I could get mail to the central. So

vaysh said let's try it. That was back in February.

Well! Yesterday it arrived! \o/ \o/ \o/

Two months later, I know, but OH MY GOD. I'm so excited, you're probably going to think it's ridiculous. But I don't care. I'm excited.

I am now the proud owner of a H/D Calendar!!!

With Art!!!! You know, a H/D Art Calendar she made!!!!! She really needs to make a post about this calendar. It's officially the most gorgeous thing I own. Not even kidding. God, people here are so talented.

And a HP Postcard!!!!

Isn't it beautiful? I'm so over the moon. :D And you know what else? All those little notes in the squares? Dates of H/D fests and character birthdays. SO COOL, you guys. Sorry, yes, never mind me. *happy sigh*

Super awesome! Is this a one-of-a-kind calendar, or were many printed for some fest or something? Who all did the art?

I believe it's a one of a kind. :) Vaysh made it herself, with artists' permission surely.

The art, if you look at the 12 pics, each photo comes with the title of the art and the artist's name. :D

The postal service is a mess. Unless you have a PO Box, getting mail is super complicated. ^^ But we managed. ^^

Ahhh, the nail polish! I usually go for clear colours, but I got convinced to try this bright one. It feels weird, but in a good way. :)

It was sort of an experiment to see if it worked. There was no guarantee, you know? Part of me couldn't believe vaysh sent it without us being sure if it was going to arrive. ^^

I'm sending you the addy right away! When I got it, it was the first thing I thought, mailing you, but I didn't want to seem greedy. ^^ It'll be wonderful! Thank you!!!!

It's perfect all around. :))))

You know, I think this colour looks brighter on the photo than it is. I mean, it's bright, but yeah, maybe I'm just seeing it like that. I'm not used to such colourful colours for my nails. I'm more of a light/natural colour person. XD But it's nice to change. ^^

She made the calendar herself. She's been making them since 2010 and she only prints like 2 or 3 copies. And now I have one of them! :D

LOL It'd served them right if they got an eyeful of Draco's dick. ^^ But no, they didn't open this one. They WILL check everything I sent that isn't a card though. :/ Of course, I can send porn anyway, I just have to bear the look they might give me? Who knows? They've probably seen everything? ^^
